Project Consultation meetings are a free service offered by the Planning and Development Department. During a Project Consultation,
you can meet with staff to discuss a proposed project, ask questions, and learn more about any regulations or codes that might apply
to your project. We may also be able to provide you with tools to meet the requirements or offer design alternatives that meet
community standards and achieve your goals. You can now apply for Project Consultations using the eBuild system.
Project consultation meetings are required for Conditional Use, Tentative Planned Unit Development, and Willamette Greenway permits.
In addition, if you are submitting a building permit that will be a phased project, you will also be required to schedule a project
consultation meeting.
For more information, see the Project Consultations page on the City website.
Setting up a Project Consultation with eBuild is an easy process.
