You've submitted an application for a new project, but have not yet completed submitting plans. We won't
review your application for completeness until you indicate your submittal is complete.
You've submitted an application for a new express permit project and have completed submitting plans, but you have
not yet scheduled the express permit meeting. We won't review your application for completeness until you schedule
the meeting.
You finished submitted your application for a new project, but something required to start plan review is missing.
You should have received a Notice of Incomplete Application. You need to submit a Response Notice of Incomplete Application with
the addition materials and information requested. We won't take any further action on your application until then.
Fees may be assessed throughout the life of your project.
- As soon as your project is accepted for review, we'll assess the initial plan check fees.

When our plan review is complete, we'll assess additional fees related to required permits. You need to pay all
outstanding fees before we can issue the permits and you can begin construction.

If you submit SI or make deferred submittals after your permits have been issued, additional fees may be
assessed. You'll need to pay those fees before we issue a Certifcate of Compliance or Occupancy.
You can pay eBuild project fees online.
You must designate the primary contractor on each permit type required by your project before we can issue. You can
assign contractors as soon as the project is scheduled for review.
If your plans cannot be approved as submitted, you'll receive an Plan Review Comments transmittal explaining why. We won't review or
approve your plans until you submit a response.
If your project requires an Erosion Prevention Permit, you must file a separate application for, and when the application is approved,
schedule an initial erosion inspection.
If your project requires an Erosion Prevention Permit, when the erosion permit is issued,
you must schedule an initial erosion inspection.
Schedule a preconstruction inspection, if required.
Make any required deferred submittals, if you haven't done so already. Required deferred submittals for your
project are listed as part of the Approved Plan Set for your project.
Note: This action item is not resolved until any deferred submittal you make is reviewed by our staff to determine which
required deferred submittal or submittals it applies to.
If your project includes electrical work that will be done by a licensed electrical contractor, the supervising electrician must
submit a signed Electrical Application form for your project.
Submit an Energy Requirements Lighting Form.
Submit an Exterior Wall Envelope Self-Certification Form.
Submit a FEMA Elevation Certificate form.
Submit a Moisture Content Acknowledgement Form.
Submit a Wastewater Discharge Survey form.
