Planning and Development's online Inspection Scheduling System is designed make it easy for you to find out which building inspections are needed on your project and to schedule, reschedule or cancel them online. Anyone with a building permit issued by the City of Eugene is welcome to use the system. You don't have to be a builder or contractor or work in the construction industry.
We use your email address to identify your account. We'll email you a 4-digit access code.

It's that easy. We'll send you email confirmations of which inspections have been scheduled on which dates. If you have any scheduled inspections for which there's still time to cancel online, a Cancel Inspections button will be displayed. To reschedule an inspection, just cancel it, then schedule it for another date.
