The open record period for submission of new evidence for everyone except the applicant is extended until July 1, 2015. The applicant shall have until June 17, 2015 to submit its new evidence during the first open record period. All parties shall have until July 15, 2015 to respond to any new evidence submitted during the first open record period. Finally, the applicant shall have until July 22, 2015 to submit its final legal argument.
5/27/15: Public record is held open following the May 27, 2015 public hearing as follows:
1.New evidence and testimony allowed from all parties until June 10, 2015 (14 days)
2.Response to additional materials submitted during 1st open record period allowed for all parties until June 24, 2015 (14 days)
3.Final written argument allowed from applicant only (no new evidence allowed) until July 1, 2015 (7 days).
