Meeting Noe from PLI systems to discuss this afternoon. Building permit not ready to issue at this time. PLI to fix fences and install inlet protection as described and call in for another inspection.
	630 Erosion	Reviewed	09/12/25	Erosion	Initial erosion inspection approved, per phone conversation with Emma at Pli systems, contractor forgot to add a sediment dam at the inlet on the NW corner of the dead end of Rockress Rd, NW of Lot 50. Photo to be sent to Ed Fredette or Kelli Scott to confirm when this is added Monday 9/15/25. Sediment fence was corrected so that joints have been wrapped together instead of overlapped. Initial erosion inspection approved, OK to release building permit when ready KAS 9/12/25.
	630 Erosion	Reviewed	11/17/25	EWFredette	Piles and lagging completed for the two houses (lots 50, 52) and site sprayed with hydromulch and straw. Still need to submit and complete private SW repairs.
	630 Erosion	Reviewed	12/23/25	EWFredette	Site temporarily stabilized, but have more SW work to do with private drains. Public SW pipe still not repaired yet.
	630 Erosion	Reviewed	12/30/25	EWFredette	Slide reactivated 12/23/25. Damage to (disconnection) Lot 50 stormwater drains. Fissures opening up on Lots 50-52. Voids visible under lagging wall on lot 50.
