Annexation Property Tax Estimator

This application is intended to provide an estimate of the change in property taxes resulting from annexation to the City of Eugene. The scope of this tool includes properties within the River Road, Santa Clara and Industrial Corridor neighborhoods which are located inside the Eugene Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) but outside the Eugene city limits.

Please note that business personal property tax accounts and utility tax accounts are not included.

The green area on the map at right shows the general area for which annexation property tax estimates are available.

Property tax estimates are provided by Lane County Assessment & Taxation. Please note the following:

  • Estimates assume withdrawal from all fire, water, recreational and utility districts upon annexation. In some cases these changes may be phased in over several years.
  • Estimates are based on 2016-2017 certified values as of October 5, 2016 and thus do not reflect any subsequent changes or corrections.
